For more than 7 years,  she was with hotelSystemsPro working with 3,600 hotels using hotelSalesPro as their CRM and sales system. Edie has a passion for customer engagement and speaks at over 40 hospitality conferences a year helping them achieve lower labor costs and efficiencies.

Marsha Bonner is a hospitality executive focused primarily on enterprise risk management, team leadership, training, compliance, employee compensation and benefits and delivering exceptional service to guests and employees for over twenty years.    Marsha served as the Chief Risk and Benefits Officer for a public hotel REIT for the past 16 years and previously was the Director of Risk Management for a public company that owned and managed hotels.   In addition to company leadership positions, Marsha served as the Risk Management Committee Chair for American Hotel and Lodging Association and is an active member of many other industry association boards and committees.  Marsha has developed award-winning employee benefits programs and was recognized as a D-Best Risk Manager by D Magazine.   Marsha received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from North East Missouri State University, is a licensed Risk Manager and Property, Casualty, Life and Health Agent in the state of Texas and holds the Associate of Risk Management, Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Risk Manager professional designations.
