CHLA Partners with EverFi to Offer Education Courses for CHLA Members

SACRAMENTO, CA. – The California Hotel & Lodging Association (CHLA) has partnered with leading technology innovator and corporate compliance education provider EverFi, Inc. to offer CHLA members over 50 training courses covering harassment & discrimination, ethics and other corporate compliance and social responsibility training.

Through the partnership, CHLA members will be able to leverage EverFi’s vast training resources and interactive technologies to teach, assess and train hotel employees. The training programs include advanced new media presentations and training concepts that make it easy to learn.

“As an industry, we recognize how important it is for our employees to be trained and comply with AB 1825, a new law mandating sexual harassment training” said Lynn Mohrfeld, president and CEO of the California Hotel & Lodging Association. “Using EverFi to help train and educate employees in a variety of industry education is critical so they can better respond.’’

In addition to gaining access to hot topic education training on ethics and harassment, CHLA members will also get access to over 50 EverFi courses including Social Media & Your Job, Bloodborne Pathogens and Data Security.
