Joe Frausto

Joe Frausto is a Sr. Customer Programs Advisor for SoCalGas managing the On Bill Financing program. Joe has worked for SoCalGas for the past 12 years and is passionate about helping customers become more energy efficient. Joe graduated from California State University of Fullerton with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.  In his spare time, Joe enjoys being outdoors with his wife and kids riding bikes and watching them play recreational sports.
