John Lacle

Co-Founder of Hotel Employee Rate, John is an experienced Hotelier with over twenty years of Operational, Sales & Revenue, and General Management leadership experience with major international hotel companies such as Hilton Worldwide, Marriott International and Hyatt Hotels. As a former Hotel General Manager for Hilton Worldwide, John has successfully operated high-performance hotels and resorts in South Florida. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of Miami. John is also Green Belt Six Sigma and Lean Management certified.
