Membership Criteria for Boutique Hotels

To be considered for membership, a lodging property should meet the following general guidelines:

Be an independent property or a soft-branded hotel with an independent feel
Have approximately 150 rooms or fewer*
Maintain positive guest feedback, with either a 4.0+ rating on TripAdvisor or a 4.3+ rating on Google

* Properties slightly exceeding 150 rooms may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
