2022 Legislative Action Summit

CHLA’s 2022 Legislative Action Summit

The California Lodging Industry Legislative Action Summit is a unique legislative outreach and communication event produced by the California Hotel & Lodging Association. Each year, CHLA members from around the state gather in Sacramento for presentations on legislative and regulatory issues and visit with their local Assembly Members and Senators to discuss key policy measures.

This event provides those individuals and companies which work with and support California’s lodging industry, a way to help increase the influence of the lodging industry on policy makers. Summit activities include a Legislative Issues Briefing on the most significant topics affecting California’s lodging industry, national updates from AHLA and AAHOA, and virtual lobbying sessions with legislators and their staff.

Crystal Ball Conference

California hotels are seeing some economic light at the end of the long pandemic tunnel. How the industry recovers – and how long it takes – depends on the decisions of owners, brands and general managers like you. It also depends on lessons learned from this health and financial crisis. The California Hotel & Lodging Association proudly welcomes you to participate in the exclusive Crystal Ball 2021 conference that will explore recovery strategies for California properties, the pandemic’s long-term impact on travel and how emboldened legislative and regulatory bodies may be. Meet with fellow engaged hoteliers, management companies and owners to learn how hospitality is being reshaped and restored. Crystal Ball 2021 is a must-attend for the critical knowledge and insights that will define the future of California hotels.
