CHLA and AAHOA have teamed up to bring the largest one-day conference and trade show to Southern California. Each year, hundreds of passionate hoteliers gather for this exceptional event. Education sessions in the morning bring valuable insights on a multitude of industry topics. The day concludes with a trade show and networking opportunities that allows attendees to explore the latest innovations along with vendors key to a hotelier’s success.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Get your company in front of hundreds of hoteliers and help support the hotel industry by being a sponsor at this year’s Southern California Hotelier Conference & Trade Show. All sponsors will receive their logo on signage and recognition on the CHLA conference attendee website and event program.
Drink Tickets – $500 for 20 Tickets
Help drive traffic to your table and make friends when you pass out drink tickets for attendees to use during the reception at the otherwise cash bar.
Beverage Station Sponsor – $1,000
Signage with logo at coffee and water stations and recognition in program. Representative at table to meet & greet.
Reception Sponsor – $3,000
Signage with logo at Reception and recognition in program. Representative at tables to meet & greet.
Education Session Sponsor – $500 each
Signage with logo at reception and recognition in program, 3-minute introduction of company at start of presentation, and introduction of speaker.
CHLA and AAOHA Joint Lunch Sponsor – $5,000
The luncheon sponsorship allows your company the maximum exposure with recognition from the podium, your company logo on signage and on our website. There is also the option to put information (a flyer or brochure) on the tables at lunch.
