ADA – Hello, I Am Suing You!

The reality is that lodging properties across the country are being sued. In fact, the number of website accessibility lawsuits have increased over 200% since 2017! Mandated requirements for ADA compliancy and demand from an aging population are creating a growing need for barrier-free bathrooms.
