CHLA Celebrates Women’s History Month

This March, in honor of Women’s History Month, CHLA is proud to recognize our Board Chair, Kristi Allen, Executive Vice President of Hotels at Ensemble. As Chair of the CHLA Board of Directors, Kristi brings more than 30 years of hospitality experience and a deep commitment to California’s lodging industry. In her role at Ensemble, she leads the company’s hotel portfolio and strategic growth initiatives, overseeing the management of nine owned properties. Kristi’s leadership, vision, and dedication continue to strengthen both our association and the broader hospitality community.
