CHLA Members Announce Key Leadership Appointments

Several CHLA member properties are highlighting new leadership appointments spanning culinary, spa, and food and beverage roles. Bernardus Lodge & Spa has named Master Sommelier Roland Micu as director of food and beverage, where he will oversee culinary and wine programming. Silverado Resort promoted Devon Pritchard to executive sous chef, expanding his oversight of the resort’s culinary offerings. Wine & Roses Resort and Spa appointed Nick Chamulak as spa director to lead operations and enhance the guest wellness experience. Meanwhile, Town and Country Resort named Philip Hoffer as chef de cuisine and Raza Ali as sous chef at its signature restaurant, ARLO. These appointments reflect continued investment in talent and guest experience across California’s hotel landscape.
