In Los Angeles, Hotels Become A Refuge for Fire Evacuees

Hotels across Los Angeles, including CHLA members Shutters on the Beach, Beverly Hilton and Hotel June, have become unexpected refuges for thousands of evacuees displaced by the raging wildfires tearing through neighborhoods. Hotels are also assisting tourists caught up in the chaos, helping them make arrangements to fly home and waiving cancellation fees.
