New Hotel Developments In Santa Monica To Boost Jobs And Local Economy

The city of Santa Monica has announced that two significant hotel projects are approved to move forward on development, promising to boost local economic growth. The Miramar Hotel’s redesign will introduce 301 rooms, public gardens, affordable housing, and more, while creating numerous union construction and hotel jobs. Similarly, the Ocean Avenue Hotel Project, designed by Frank Gehry, will feature a 120-room hotel and affordable housing units, generating additional employment opportunities.
