Monica joined CH&LA in 2016 as the Member Services Coordinator and began working with CABBI membership in 2018. As the Member Services Coordinator for both associations, she is responsible for membership support and customer service, which includes welcome calls, retention calls and thank you calls. This position also provides assistance to members on website inquiries, program and event questions, updates on membership benefits, and account updates for our database and website. Prior to joining CH&LA she spent the last 10 years in the hospitality industry including hotel sales and convention and visitors bureau sales.
