SB 1383 – Local Regulations and Servicers

Senate Bill 1383 requires local jurisdictions to establish a network of edible food recovery organizations for contracting with food generators. For your convenience, CHLA has assembled the information by county below. If your jurisdiction does not provide a list of food recovery organizations, or if there are not adequate collection services available, you should contact your local jurisdiction and CalRecycle to inform them.
