Derek Moore

Derek Moore is a Director at Crystal & Company, a leading strategic risk and insurance advisor, addressing clients’ risk management, insurance brokerage, and employee benefits consulting needs. He has more than 18 years of experience as an employee benefits consultant. He has been a keynote speaker at various conferences and tradeshows for specific companies including Burger King, Del Taco, KFC, and the Tortilla Industry Association, where he discussed topical employee benefits issues.

Derek has been a volunteer with the Orange County Foundation for Oncology Children and Families for over 20 years. He holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of California, Irvine and resides in Orange County, California.
