Edie is an expert in hotel profitability optimization who serves as the Vice President of Strategic Accounts with Hotel Effectiveness, reducing labor costs for more than 5,000 hotels. Her extensive experience in the hotel industry includes on-premise as a DOS and General Manager. Prior to Hotel Effectiveness, Edie was with tracNcare, a division of IQware PMS. For more than 7 years,  she was with hotelSystemsPro working with 3,600 hotels using hotelSalesPro as their CRM and sales system. Edie has a passion for customer engagement and speaks at over 40 hospitality conferences a year helping them achieve lower labor costs and efficiencies.
