Over the past 30 years, in the Prop 65 world, Malcolm has advised clients on optimal compliance and risk minimization strategies, defended against claims, successfully resolved matters, participated in rulemaking activities, and worked with CH&LA on compliance strategies for the lodging industry. During that time, Malcolm has been counsel on several important Prop 65 published court cases. His advice to clients helps them resolve disputes, understand environmental laws and plan confidently for the future.
