Mandy Brown

Mandy Brown is an event planning and destination professional passionate for group engagement, mentorship, continuing education and leadership.

Her professional experiences include National Sales Manager for Hornblower Cruises & Events (since 2014) and prior to this, Mandy worked for Arrangements Unlimited, a DMC Network company and PEP Creative, a full-service event design company.
Mandy is a part-time educator at the L. Robert Payne School of Hospitality at San Diego State University where she lectures on Destination Management Services and Virtual Meetings & Events.

Brown graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Entertainment Management and a minor in Computer Information Systems from the College of Business.

In 2018, Mandy served as President for the Society of Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) Southern California chapter and continues to volunteer with the organization after a five-year run on the board. Through SITE, Mandy received her Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS) and Certified Incentive Travel Professional (CITP) designations. She also holds a certificate in social marketing and is a member of Financial Insurance Conference Planners (FICP).

Mandy lives in North Park San Diego, enjoys yoga, family, friends and the one-of-a-kind amazing community found within the meetings and events industry.
