Melissa Silvers joined SCS Advisors in 2001 and has over 20 years’ experience in operating and asset managing first-class hotels and resorts. Ms. Silvers is a highly regarded asset manager with expertise in detailed monitoring of management activities to protect ownership interests and ensure management contract obligations. She is responsible for the review and analysis of monthly operating performance with a focus on revenue enhancement and cost containment; the review and critique of annual marketing, operating and capital budgets; the approval and oversight of capital projects and so on.
