Usama Kahf is a partner in the Irvine, California office of Fisher Phillips, a national law firm specializing in labor & employment law. Usama represents employers of all sizes in matters of workplace privacy, data security, unfair competition, and trade secret theft and corporate espionage. He has assisted clients in responding to data breach incidents affecting thousands of individuals, in states across the country. Currently, he is working with clients nationally on compliance with the new California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
