Bob Rauch is a renowned “Hotel Guru,” CEO and founder of San Diego-based hotel management company, RAR Hospitality. He is an internationally-recognized hotelier and hotel operator with over 35 years of hospitality-related management experience. RAR was founded by Bob Rauch in 1990 and owns or manages more than 20 Hilton, Marriott and InterContinental Hotels Group properties and partners with boutique hotels.
Cameron Lamming; RAR Hospitality
Cameron is a partner and Chief Development Officer at RAR Hospitality focusing on business development and acquisitions. Cameron joined RAR in 2016 after serving leadership positions with Brixton Capital, an opportunistic investment vehicle and The Walt Disney Company. At Disney, he advised senior leadership on domestic and international theme park, hotel, cruise line, and timeshare strategies and later joined the Corporate Finance team to be the in-house financial advisor.
Alan Reay; Atlas Hospitality Group
Alan Reay of Atlas Hospitality Group, a market leader in California hotel sales and experienced brokerage team, has decades of experience in the hotel industry and investment real estate brokerage. Prior to serving as the president and founder of Atlas Hospitality Group, Alan Reay was the top-producing hotel broker for a national real estate brokerage firm based in California.
Guy Maisnik; Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell (JMBM)
Guy has nearly three decades of commercial real estate transactions and a strong expertise in hotels and finance. He is a partner and Vice Chair of JMBM’s Global Hospitality GroupÒ, a senior member of JMBM’s Chinese Investment Group, a partner in the Real Estate Department and advises clients on hospitality transactions.
Michael Polino; Data Science
Michael Polino is a Harvard University graduate and a Senior Product Manager of Data Science, a Los Angeles startup building tools to help enterprises maximize ROI on their data. Using equal parts coding skills and corporate strategy, Mike has turned big data into customer value.
Paul Sacco; TPG Hotels & Resorts
Paul Sacco was appointed President of TPG Hotels & Resorts in 2016, approximately three years after joining the company as Chief Development Officer. Sacco arrived at TPG following tenured successful careers at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide and more recently Pyramid Hotel Group. He is widely regarded as a top hotel industry executive.
