Once a parking lot, now an award-winning hotel, the AC Hotel Sacramento has been named Commercial Development of the Year in the 2025 CoStar Impact Awards. The 179-room Marriott-branded property, which opened in March 2024, fills a critical need for hotel inventory in downtown Sacramento, just steps from Golden 1 Center. Developed by Peachtree Group, Blackridge Group, and American Hospitality Services, the project overcame significant construction challenges to become a standout addition to the city. This recognition highlights the hotel’s impact on economic growth, tourism, and job creation in Sacramento.
